Chicken Brushetta Bake

1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
6 oz. chicken stuffing mix
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp. dried basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until moistened.

Layer chicken, basil, cheese and stuffing mixture in 13 x 9 baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
